All 5 star except couch and living room chairs. The chairs were really a 4.5 but the couch was simply uncomfortable and too low so we would score overall. A very nice place to stay.

The extra touches were very nice such as the upscale coffee maker and custom cabinet mill work. We especially loved the yard space. It was like having our own private courtyard. This is a gem in a beautiful country setting. The attention to detail is unrivaled. Stocked kitchen with what you need for cooking, stocked Keurig, plush towels, super clean, beautiful decor, and with real plants. I've stayed at several places in the Grand Junction area and this tops them all! I will definitely stay here again.
