The hotel facilities and room were spotless and excellent, everything needed for our stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful anytime we asked for anything The only minor comment there were some maintenance work being carried out in the outdoor pool area which we received no notification of and was not acknowledged when we checked in

Grea stay at QT Gold Coast. The hotel seems to be going through a few renovations. The air conditioning in the foyer and bar was extremely cold and uncomfortable but otherwise we had a grea experience.
