Room waa clean for the most part...the tub/shower combo had some kind of black dots stained on there which I mentioned to staff on departure...only other dissapointment was my room was next to the carpark gate for 2 buildings and found it noisy so had to use noise cancelling headphones.

Didn’t realise it was such a large fee to check in at night time. I have never had to pay this anywhere before. Also paying a bond for the room which we don’t receive back for up to a week or so afterwards seems a bit unnecessary.

Room was clean and spotless, however did not match the pics. The furniture and interiors were weird and seemed like borrowed from thrift store. There was a weird pic in bathroom potraying a naked women standing over bathtub . There were several other weird decoration items in house everywhere including a giant ball of barbed wires which seemed extremely dangerous. Overall house was clean but had this wierd unexplanable vibe reflecting really bad taste of owner of the house.

Clean apartment. Close to malls and a good central area for the theme parks and the coastal area. Very smooth check in with a nice private and quiet apartment. Overall, enjoyed every moment of my holiday thanks to having a reliable, no trouble stay at the Harbour Quays apartments😊

there were a few light that did not work but the main detractor from a perfect score was the self closing door mechanism was busted so the front door would not open more than half way. This was a minor inconvenience .

The property was very clean and well maintained. Communication was excellent and I was able to contact them at all times and they were very receptive to any questions or queries I had. Habourtown is right next door so was close to shopping and close to the event we booked for. Excellent. Highly recommend

Great location to base ourselves with everything we needed. Helpful team too. Just it mentioned a gym in one of the headers of the information book- there is no gym. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again Thanks for a great holiday
