Golden Sea Apartment 12 is located on the first floor (accessible via stairs) of a quiet complex featuring swimming pool, BBQ area and lush tropical gardens.
The north east facing apartment features open plan living with reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings, smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Step through to the absolute beachfront balcony to enjoy panoramic ocean views stretching from Surfers Paradise to Rainbow Bay. This is the perfect spot to enjoy sunrises over the ocean, whale watch in winter and check the surf.

Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office – 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 8 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Great sized unit on the beach. Clean and quiet. Unfortunate that keys have to be picked up and dropped off rather than a key safe used and fees charged if Tennant’s don’t clean and put out rubbish which is covered in the fee normally.
