Rooms are very dated with extremely uncomfortable old mattresses, shower (hot-cold water) constantly dysfunctional, no drinking water provided (filtered) as it was recommended to drink tap water that just was smelling of pure chlorine…. Avoid this hotel.

It was basic and in need of renovating. It’s the first hotel we have stayed in that did nothing towards celebrating special occasions. These touches make people feel special and then attracts loyalty. We won’t be staying in a Sofitel again, certainly not for birthdays or anniversaries.
