We booked for 8 guests, had to pay a 216 extra guest fee yet there was no where for them to sleep. The sofa bed didn’t have a mattress, we were only provided with 6 bath towels for 8 guests! Contacted host who said more towels would be dropped over and they never came. Requested a refund for extra guest since they were not catered for only to be told a refund can’t happen after the stay has started! I certainly won’t be booking through stayz again or staying at this hosts accommodation again.
