"We were placed on the 5th floor, elevator broken. Had to use fire stairs and carry our lugagge 5 flights up. When asked about any compensation our request was declined. We were told that the elevator was going to be back in ordef at least in 3days."

"The attention is excellent, the cleaning is terrible, I asked to clean the room and they didn't do it, you have to ask the reception for everything, even the toilet paper."
