Cannot fault the stay! Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Staff were very welcoming and helpful :) This was a hotel stay for my little girls birthday who was turning 9 and we were upgraded rooms. Food was beautiful and we both really enjoyed the spa :)

Room was great, ideal for our weekend. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Reception staff helpful and friendly, breakfast staff, from waiting staff to cooks were great. Good breakfast each morning. Bar area nice for a glass of wine, again staff friendly and helpful. Use of pool and sauna a lovely bonus and even managed a wee hour in the pool before check out. Overall great stay

The staff were lovely and the room was immaculate. The spa area was a bit grubby, particularly the sauna and steam room. The ladies changing room was very smelly and mucky every time we went in. This was the o my Disappointing part of the hotel stay.
