This is As Perfect a Mountain Cabin/Chalet as there is in This region. Best Views. Natural setting, pristine from the second you step on to Front porch to Top Balcony. Hosts are incredible with their attention to detail and feedback. It’s NOT a bring a big Group/Large Family type place. Peaceful and pure Smokies retreat. The Parking is tight, the way in is adventurous…but Serenity is is Awaiting..

Oh where do I begin. This home. This trip. It was everything.  Robert and Mallory have great communication. They answered any and all questions right away.  The cabin was perfectly located. The views were spectacular. The hot tub was the best treat after each day of exploring. Also taught my boys how to play the game of life. Had air hockey and football matches every night.  None of us wanted to leave. I wish I would have booked an extra day just to relax at the cabin. If you can wake up to catch the sunrise, I did this daily.  Do not pass this place up.  Its exactly how it is described!  Please rewrite This is a review for a vrbo i just stayed at Oh, where do I even start? This home And this entire trip was absolutely unforgettable.Robert and Mallory were fantastic hosts with excellent communication. They responded quickly to every question we had, which made everything so easy and stress-free.The cabin itself was in the perfect location, with truly breathtaking views. The hot tub was such a treat after long days of exploring. Inside, we had so much fun too, teaching my boys how to play Life and having nightly air hockey and football competitions.None of us wanted to leave. Honestly, I wish I had booked an extra day just to relax and fully enjoy the cabin. Waking up early to catch the sunrise became my favorite part of each day. It was completely worth it.Don’t hesitate to book this place. It’s exactly as described, if not better!

Serenity Ridge is the perfect getaway cabin! The views from the cabin are breathtaking! The cabin was extremely clean with everything you would need to make your vacation a total five star experience. Serenity Ridge is centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, ideal location. We hope to come back again sometime in the near furture!

The house was as pictured and expected, very clean. Communication was also excellent. I appreciated all the details provided in advance so I wasn’t worried day of. Family of 4 (6 & 8 y.o.) that stayed for 5 nights. We all agreed there wasn’t anything we’d change about the cabin and wished we could have stayed longer. Game room was a game changer. We had to contact the host once- great response time as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The location was ideal between spending time in downtown Gatlinburg, the national park, and Pigeon Forge. The view was beautiful especially taking in the mountains while relaxing in the hot tub. The cabin has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The upstairs game room was perfect for kids and parents alike. The hosts made the entire process seamless from sharing helpful info leading up to check in and being accessible during the stay. I highly recommend this cabin to everyone!

Cabin was clean and very comfortable. My girlfriend and I absolutely enjoyed our time here and plan on staying again in the future with our children. The hosts go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Can’t say enough good things about the cabin and the hosts!

We absolutely loved our stay! Robert and Mallory were very informative and stayed in touched and were very helpful in answering any area related questions. The hot tub on a cool night after a 6 mile hike through the Smokies was incredible! We didn't cook a whole lot while at the cabin(mostly breakfast bc we slept in) but what we needed was there. Beds were comfortable. Showers were hot. Area was quiet and relaxing. What else could you ask for. If we stay in the area again we will definitely see if the cabin is available!

This property was very welcoming and exactly as described in the listing. The host was excellent with communication, the check-in was super easy, and the house had plenty of room with a great outdoor area. The kitchen was better equipped than the one in my own home. We had everything we needed. Even with the rain, there was no issue finding things to do inside. I truly wish we could have stayed longer, but we will book again. "!Five stars!"

This cabin had everything we were looking for- beautiful views, easy access to Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge. It was so clean, had all the light switches labeled for easy use! These hosts truly thought of everything. One perk was the baby high chair and baby safety gates throughout the cabin- perfect for our two year old! We will definitely be booking this cabin again

Omg!! This was the best and most comfortable cabin we have rented so far. It was just me and the hubby. We loved the hot tub,The temp was perfect. The drive to it wasn't too bad and we are flatlanders.. lol. The cabin is perfectly located between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. It was very clean and had everything you will need fpr your stay. The views are amazing. Thank you for an amazing stay at your cabin.
