We didn't see any staff the entire time. The room was not real clean. There was some kind of white powder on the dresser in the main bedroom. The tv didn't work in the main bedroom. They give you coffee pods for a regular coffee maker? There were dirty pans in the oven. Also the beds were hard as rocks, but I guess after being worn out from a day at Dollywood I still slept hard. Most of the pillows didnt have cases. There was only ONE roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. No extra garbage bags. If a room says it can sleep 8, it should be able to accomodate 8. Also you can hear your neighbors every move and conversation. But i guess for the price, it got the job done. The veiw was stunning!
