We enjoyed our cabin stay and the host offered lots of great suggestions before our trip. Would definitely recommend this cozy cabin - very clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We even got to see grizzly bear as we were packing for our leave!

Amazing! Everything was perfect from booking to departure! It was my husband and I, with 5 kids (ages 4,6,8,16,17) and they LOVED the game room. We enjoyed movies on the couch a couple of the nights and the kitchen had everything we needed! We were also joined by multiple bears everyday we were there! What a show! Beds were comfy, location was perfect, and we will definitely be back!

Pros: Close to Rocky Top arena. Enough bathrooms (1 on each floor). Game room and hot tub were great! Responded quickly when refrigerator wasn’t getting cold. It was too chilly to enjoy the deck, but that would def be a plus when it’s warmer. Cons: Extra paperwork outside of VRBO standard agreement and fees I’ve never had to pay before. Limited parking options but we made it work. Beds were hard as a rock, adults complained…kids were fine.

The cabin exceeded all expectations. It was extremely clean and spacious for the whole family. The game room was a plus for the kids, the hottub was clean, and the wrap around balconies, fireplace, and views made it relaxing and comfortable for the adults too! The host was phenomenal. She is extremely nice & professional, always replied very quickly, and even helped us add an extra night on at the last minute. Check-in & checkout was also a breeze. We definitely plan on being repeat guests in the future. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable!

This is our 5th time visiting Gatlinburg and it was gorgeous as always! We came in for a short stay to attend SlammedEnough Fest with our kids who love cars! The cabin was very cozy and clean. (I’m OCD and very picky about where we stay!) I loved the layout where the kids and adults have some separation/privacy between floors, and that there were two bigger bedrooms with en suite’s! We loved the game room downstairs and of course the hot tub is always a must for our stays. We also came in VERY close contact with a couple bears the first morning we were there, he got into the neighbors van so that was wild to see! A couple small things we noticed was there were no hand towels/wash cloths for the kitchen, but we brought extra paper towels so it wasn’t a big deal. Also no ice maker/ice trays, I have to have ice water at night and in my cup before we leave for the day. But thankfully the cabin is super close to the store and we stopped there. Overall, highly recommend staying here, communication was great and friendly from the second we booked! Thanks for the hospitality!!

First time visitors

We really enjoyed the cabin and the local area. Didn't use all the amenities to the fullest as our invited guests were unable to make the trip. But we still had a great time. Loved the porches and the hot tub. We were greeted by TWO bears directly upon arrival. Some updating could be done on the property/ decks. We would definitely stay again or recommend to friends and family.

Great location, lots of space and family fun

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Gatlinburg, and grateful we chose this cabin over other choices as we got to know the area better. Super easy communication with the host, equipped with everything you needed, and had lots of space. Loved the porches to sit out amongst the trees, and relaxing in the hot tub at night. Used the gas fire place for a bit one evening as well. Our boys enjoyed the game room and sleeping on their own level. Definitely recommend.

Great Place To Stay

My family and I (10 of us - age 7-69) stayed at Yellow Birch over the weekend. It was a really comfortable, clean, spacious cabin very near to Gatlinburg. The only negative was that there is no shower on the game room level that has 2 bedrooms. There was a nice Jacuzzi tub.

Yellow birch cabin is perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at Yellow Birch cabin. We will absolutely stay there again! The game room was a huge hit for the family! The place was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you need to cook. We even had a visit by a bear who happen to check out our vehicle. Aside from muddy foot prints you’d never know a bear was there!

The accommodations are very nice, but he weather and incoming Hurricane impacted our touring and length of stay. Hopefully future quest will have better fortunes.
