The worst hotel experience. Arrived at the property just after they closed so self check in was provided which should have been ok except they put us in the wrong room. I booked and paid for a deluxe king room, we checked in and it was a room half the size (the snug room) with a double bed. My boyfriend is 6’3 so it was obviously not acceptable, but no one could be reached to address it until 9 am the next day. I tried the after hours line and was told nothing could be done and the hotel was fully booked. Our shower was broken and you had to grab the shower head to have water flow out properly, and then the TV was broken. When they knew that we had been unhappy with the room, the receptionist went for coffee immediately after arriving at work at 9 am instead of addressing our concerns. I was finally told that I was getting refunded when she returned back, and then was only given a partial refund. Do not book this hotel

It was very close to the train station. Our tour pickup spot was minutes away. The area around is so walkable. It was such a perfect location. The hotel itself was super cute. The room was spacious enough for us to move around. The bathroom was a decent size. It had character. We loved it! There were so many food places right there. Check in and check out was seamless.

Great Location & Comfy Bed

I booked the double for one person, it was very small but perfect for me. THe gentleman on entering at reception was lovely and helpful and the blonde girl on leaving was also lovely. Basic Irish Tv Channels, No wardrobe to hang clothes or a full length mirror and no extra lock on the door these were my only issues. The bed was spotless and I had a great sleep. Bathroom lovely with a great shower. Coffee machine and kettle with Lyons tea - yahoo!! Fridge not very cold but holds small fresh milk and you get 2 free still waters, very cool ones in pic All in all for the price compared to bigger hotels in the area its perfect, Centra and chemist directly across the road, coffee shop literally next door and only 4min walk from train and buses and Eyre Square. I will definitely stay again. Thanks so much.

Grand for a night or two

The good, Fantastic location and altough they don’t have private parking , the city parking is a few minutes away with a discounted rate, the check in and check out process was quick and easy, and the pillows and the bed were so so comfortable. The bad, strange room layout, the mirror is up high and at an angle so your neck gets cramped when trying to get ready, we seen a few bugs on the hardwood floor, could very well have been ones we brought in with our shoes form the outside , but it made me squirmish and would have been nice to be supplied with some disposable slippers as the run to the loo at night was cold

I had a snug room, perfect for one person i would say, cosy for two. Absolutely spotless, comfy beds, little bit of noise hearing doors from other rooms so if a light sleeper may need ear plugs if easily disturbed. So so clean, friendly staff. Hotel is positioned between coach station and rail station it is absolutely perfect where it is, right in the heart of Galway. Would highly recommend.

This was perfect for a 2 night stay in Galway. Our bed was comfy and the room cozy. Just the shower set up is interesting. It is an open shower in the private bathroom so no vurtain and the entire bathroom gets doaked. Otherwise great place.

Solo trip to Galway

The room was perfect for a couple nights stay in Galway as a solo traveller. Great location. Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The rooms are as advertised and not very big but were great to rest and get ready for a day of exploring
