Lo mejor la ubicación. Lo que menos nos gustó fue la cama. Demasiado pequeña para 2 personas.No era de 135,más bien 120 cm.

Por un error de expidia por no mandarme el número correcto de reservación el check in fue complicado, y de inmediato llegaron a rescatarme, absolutamente amables gentiles, sumamente educados resolvieron todo, fue una maravillosa estancia cien por ciento recomendable

Super zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit netten Zimmern. Sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die zentrale Lage hat den Nachteil, dass es abends sehr laut ist (daher liegen Ohrstöpsel in jedem Zimmer).

Would give 0 stars if I could

With the walls being so thin, we could hear every door slam open and closed, all night long, every 5-10 minutes.This slamming was loud enough for it to make our door and walls shake consistently. No front desk service meant that a rowdy person started screaming and yelling around 23:00, and the police had to come drag him out shrieking almost an hour later. It was very hot, and while the hotel did provide two fans for use, only one worked. We could not open the window due to the screaming happening on the streets. Between the near constant door slamming and the late night disturbance and consequent arrest, we did not sleep.

We had booked two separate nights over a weekend in early July. The keyless access is terrible. The guesthouse did not send the correct date's confirmation code and we could not access. I emailed and it took them 3 hours to get back to us. They refused to refund the nights' accommodation though I had to book another hotel and was very lucky to get a room at the last minute. I'm all for efficiency but not when you cannot address an issue and nobody answers the emergency number!!!

Beautifully appointed room close to restaurants and bars. Very clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend it as the place to stay. Wish we stayed longer.

We absolutely loved this property - so convenient to everything in Galway - easy walk to Latin Quarter and Shop Street, Eyre Square and the West End! Only wish there was a small mini-fridge - otherwise a perfect room, beautifully decorated and a fantastic shower with the best water pressure in Ireland!!

The stay was okay. We were clear that this was a basic hotel stay, but they really mean, basic. The kitchenette is only a kettle and coffee machine with a limited amount of coffee/tea/milk. The building and room were clean with a few minor areas that were dirtier than the norm (beside the toilet, the side table had chips out of the material etc…). There are a few hangers for clothing, no knobs or hooks in the bathroom though. The area is relatively quiet until the middle of the night when the parties are returning home from the pubs. To be expected anywhere! But it felt dingy and dirty and unsafe. We would not have gone out at night to have to return there. It was about a six to eight minute walk to the square or bus/train and other happening areas.

Online Checkin hat bestens geklappt. Wenn trotzdem Kontakt mit Hotel aufgenommen werden muss, einfach nach Anleitung vorgehen (Nummer zuerst als Kontakt im Handy speichern und anschl. per WhatsApp kontaktieren). Sehr schnelle Antwort auf Fragen oder Probleme erhalten.

L'hôtel est bien situé, près de la gare de train et de bus a pied. La chambre est belle et neuve, mais une odeur sortait de la salle de bain, c'est malheureux parce que le reste était bien. Pas d'air climatisé, une chance que la fenêtre ouvrait.

Great location and value for Galway.

Check in was easy. Very convenient location just off the busy streets. Easy to walk to main tourist attractions. There was a portable AC unit which was nice but it wasn’t installed properly and which was funny. Still, glad to have it, made us much more comfortable. Bathroom had a funky smell but looked clean so maybe the smell was from outside, coming in through the window.

We had major water problems that ranged from no water at all to super hot water. Called for service. They came, but were not able to correct the problem. We left the next day. No good showers for us.
