CAUTION! KNOW WHAT YOU ARE UP FOR BEFORE BOOKING! I should have read the reviews really carefully. I hope others will read this. 1) ONLY BUFFET! We could not make reservations at the other 3 restaurants. On the 1st day of arrival. We were told all the other restaurants were fully booked for the remainder of our 6 day stay. I was so upset to know we would eat only the buffet. (which was terrible) After trying to speak to the manager, we were promised they would try. A day later, we finally had reservations to the Mexican. The rest of the stay, there was a reservation for only 2 people out of our 7. They asked if we are willing to pay extra for making the reservations! We already paid for this all inclusive. This is definitely not what we thought we would be signed up for. Come to find out during our stay, there were others in the same situation. DO NOT BOOK! 2) HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Besides most of the entertaining crew, the rest of the staff staff was not friendly and look miserable at their jobs. 3) ROOMS ARE OUTDATED AND BATHROOMS ARE GROSS There are no toileries at all. only soap and shampoo dispensers. That is it! Not even a soap dish or cups for tooth brushes. Bathrooms are very outdated. No towels racks or hooks anywhere in the bath. Towels had yellow stains We had NO hot water on the first 2 days. We had to run the water for about 10-20 mins for it to become hot. There was a leftover food container in the fridge from who knows

Best all inclusive Resort in Freeport

All Staff very friendly and helpful, food good, Restaurants better, many activities all day and live shows at night. STAY HERE, Freeport not in very good shape after many years of Government neglect. Best deal on Island, clean beaches, guests were friendly no matter where they were from and KID friendly as well. I have been to Freeport scuba diving since 1973, reefs in bad shape but many fish and turtles to see. I rate this as a RESORT not just hotel and at least 3.9 star by U S standards but rememberTHIS IS A 3rd world Island, not U S. Ya want 5 star living, don’t come here, ya want best Freeport offers BOOK FROM April to September and stay here, all inclusive

Had a fabulous stay in this resort with my daughters. The resort itself is beautiful and clean, not high end luxury, but we were not looking for that. Lots of activities included, both kid friendly and adult. Beautiful large pool with lounge seating and unbrellas right on the beach. Convenient to local attractions such as pigs swimming and the Lucaya Marketplace. Great, very friendly staff who were always available and accomodating. Food buffet options were varied and plentiful, several convenient bars with alcohol and coffee drinks. The best part of this hotel is the spectacular beach. Its perfect, with towel service included and a lot of lounge seating available under palm trees. Soft, white sand and the color of the water has to be seen to be believed. I fell in love with this island, can't wait to go back.

This property needs a major overhaul. No one cleaned around the pool deck, the sand from the beach blows over the retaining wall and no one cleans the sidewalks. The food is mediocre and the staff is not super friendly. Drinks are not great. Overall disappointment.

This resort is on the smaller size, which we enjoyed. They have a trapeze which we were excited about, but they were understaffed, so we could not use it, which was a disappointment. The rooms are clean and new towels are delivered daily and the rooms is cleaned daily. Food is good and there is something for everyone. Staff are nice and polite

The specialty restaurants were very nice. Especially the Mexican one. Food and waitress was great. We wanted to go on the trapeze, but they closed it on Thursday and Friday (they said because they didn't have enough staff. It was quite windy in the beginning of the week. Food in buffet was very repetitious and almost always cold. The week we were there the temperatures were low so we did not get to go in the cold pool. The Jacuzzi was cold and needed the jets to be fixed. The beach was beautiful and kept up well. Thought it was rude to charge for bottle of water in the rooms at an all inclusive. Didn't even have little bottle of lotion in the rooms, Toliets were very noisy, running even when not flushed. Alright for a #3 resort.

Beware! Cockroaches in the room. Could hear neighbors in their rooms; no insulation. Scratchy sheets and towels! Tiny old moldy bathroom. For a 7 day stay only 3 dinners at the 3 below average restaurants. Breakfast lunch and dinner at the Junkaroo buffet where food was cold, cheap the same. Liquor that was cheapest and would never purchase yourself. Cabs to any other place was $60 US round trip. Beach was nice but no umbrella/shade. Pool was nice but very loud music. Never going back.

All the staff were very friendly. Our one night at the Italian restaurant was superb! The regular buffet was fine with many choices. Down side was that we reserved 3 rooms with king size beds but got queen size and first two days had no hot water. Wish activities like BINGO and dance classes had been advertised. We were told nothing. Never saw anyone on the trapeze. All in all, its still a beautiful place.

If you want to be treated like a human being with basic human rights don’t come here. Literally the only nice ppl I encountered were the housekeeper and Kaynan at the reservations desk. The bartenders aren’t very friendly and every time you order something they will literally act like you are bothering them and make some snarky comment to you. I will never come back here just bc the staff is so rude. The room keys stop working at least twice a day and we had to go to the desk to get it fixed and were of course made to feel like a bother. The vendors selling things to me in front of the beach were more help to me than the staff at this place. None of them want to be there and have hateful looks on their faces and you cannot force a smile out of them. They could really use a lesson in hospitality. If you want to feel like you’re being held captive and are in an unsafe place then this is the place for you. If you want to feel like you’re on vacation and can relax…. I’d suggest a different hotel. Even walking at night outside of my room, the security guard screamed at me and asked me where my husband was and told me to get inside….. they have signs all of the property telling you to treat their staff with respect and their staff treats you like garbage. Like you’re less than human. It is truly dehumanizing the way I was treated by hotel staff here…. And a shame bc it came with such a hefty price tag…. I only gave it 2 or 3 stars bc the water was pretty and it was on the beach.

The rooms can use some updating. Damaged doors need to be replaced. The food wasn’t the best. This is the second time I stayed there and the food seemed to not be as good as a year ago. Forest fires all over the place. Not the resorts fault but it made staying at this location difficult. I rented a vehicle and traveled to other parts of the island to avoid the massive amounts of smoke enveloping the resort. All my clothes smelled like smoke for the entirety of my vacation. I thought the resort would have comped a day or two for the inconveniences. Again not the resorts fault but going the extra mile would insure my future business.
