Peaceful and modern indoor and outdoor spaces create a perfect environment for your next work trip, date night or weekend away. Minutes from I-65, this cozy retreat accommodates the perfect day trip to Nashville, Mammoth Cave, or local Amish Markets throughout Southern KY. All are welcome.
The modern one bedroom retreat in East Franklin, KY provides all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. The house features a full eat-in kitchen. A full and modernized one bedroom and one bathroom, with a queen sized bed. Washer and dryer for use during long term stays. Fast and reliable WIFI, smart Roku TV.
The back pergola and fire pit lead to the perfect late-night conversation. Short- and long-term guests are welcome – inquire about long term stay pricing. Friendly and well-mannered dogs are always welcome, dog bags provided for your ease of clean-up. The back yard is partially fenced, but not completely. There is an anchored dog lead installed for your use.
This home is minutes from downtown Franklin, a perfect location to walk past the train tracks and enjoy a local cup of coffee while you stroll window-shop the primitive local shops.

Short but Sweet
Outstanding property, featuring an older home in an older established neighborhood. Its super comfortable, very clean and a great value. Close to Franklin's city center and only a few miles to box stores and fast food. Bowling Green and Nashville are less than an hours drive. We'll definitely look to stay the next time we visit.

Cool & Cozy House for People & Pets
I felt so lucky to find this chic (boho-country chic describes perfectly) home, where everything was immaculate, well decorated, and thoughtfully prepared for guests.
I arrived with my 2 French Bulldogs and they also felt welcomed. My only regret was that I didn't book my stay longer!
Definitely 5⭐️ and I don't give those out all the time. 😊
