The hotel Elevator has been broken since the summer yet no information provided before booking. We had sporadic AC and the room smell. The hotel Staff did try to keep us happy with texts without any solutions. There absolutely no breakfast nor coffee in the lobby. In the morning, the coffee pot was burn and did not work why place it in the room? The area was safe and quiet.

Staff was courageous and location was good, however the elevators were not working and my room was on the 2nd floor. The room was dirty, musty smell..no silverware (not even plastic) or anything to cook with.. no coffeemaker, barely towels and when requested clean towels, I still did not receive any after waiting. I stayed a week and was disappointed.
