The water was runnning but wish I could get hot the hottest setting was luke warm. The bed was comfy and clean. The bathroom was decent but still toothpaste spray on the wall and somthing I was able to scratch off the wall of the shower. But other than that it was way better that the reviews, reviews terrified me. The room had an old stale smell and the hallways smelled like weed and cigarettes. Don’t forget your ID! But over all decent time slept like a baby

The hotel clerk was extremely rude. She refused to give us her name stating she doesn't work there. She hung up in the middle of the conversation so we went down to speak with her directly. We watched her hang up on other callers. It was pathetic how she handled herself. I informed the general manager (Mike) and he didn't even apologize. The pool and the pool room were disgustingly filthy and rancid. The water was murky where you couldn't see the bottom. It had more of an opaque view. The floor was blackened with dirt and the stench was horrific. The hotel room smelled of smoke, they supposedly treated it but when I returned, it was still strong. The tub had stains in it even after requesting they scrub it. The television was tricky. The mean clerk stated I needed to wait for the manager some 14 hours later! The experience was terrible. I took a picture of her since she refused to share her name.

Honestly i wish i knew better before scheduling. The first room we were given was in poor condition and the couch bed had some old tupper wear with food wrapped up in it. There were stains everywhere and a funky smell . The second room was a little better but the smells persisted. The got water in the shower was non existent and the wall paper was Frankensteined into the wall with staples . The breakfast was super lack luster and did not look appetizing

My uncle had purchased two rooms; one for him, one for my mother. He unfortunately had a stroke the day before we left for our trip and was unable to speak; he was in the ICU. Per what the front desk worker told us at check-in, we had to have my uncle call and add my mother's name to his reservation. We told him this was not possible, and he told us that any of us could call as long as we knew the confirmation number, etc. We got all the needed info from my aunt and added my mother to the reservation. 15 minutes after she checked in, was given the room key, and got to her room... management showed up, kicking her out since my uncle was not present. After much back and forth (and lying by the front desk worker who told us to call and add her name), they called the cops on her for trespassing. I have never been so appalled in my life. The front desk worker clearly didn't know the rules, and instead of admitting that to the manager, he had 4 cops come to remove my 75 year old mother from her already paid for room. I promptly cancelled my reservation, too. They will never get my, or any of my friend's/family's business ever again!!
