I was without Internet for the majority of my stay. When I talked with staff I was told my room was the only room without the Internet. I do not feel that I was taken seriously. Eventually they brought in someone else who had to change the service for all of the floors. I then had a extremely slow and Internet service. I believe I should get a partial refund for this inconvenience. Thank you.

The room is fine and the pillows are great. The remote person on check-in did an efficient job, though part of the Wyndham system was not working creating a slow line, and required me to return later to complete the process. Mostly, though, speaking with someone on a screen from India or somewhere was very off-putting and cold. I would avoid properties with this system in place.

The hotel is using a check in kiosk that requires you to allow them to take your picture. A nice human is there to help ease you along while "they"/ai takes another piece of your soul.

I travel very frequently and have even worked in a hotel for two years, so I am very familiar with how reservations and guest communication should be handled. I have never experienced receiving over 20 messages via phone calls, emails, and texts to confirm my arrival after already prepaying for my reservation. There was no live agent on site, only a kiosk, and the repeated messages made me feel as though my prepaid room might be sold out from under me. This created unnecessary stress and felt extremely unprofessional. Additionally, housekeeping entered the room despite the Do Not Disturb sign being displayed, and the breakfast was below expectations. The only positive takeaway was that the bed itself was comfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards.

I was there on a business trip for two days. I left at 6:30 am and when I returned 12 hrs later, the door to my room was ajar. Someone had entered while I was away and left the door open all day. Anyone could have entered at any time. Someone removed my towels, but did not replace them. I'm sure it was Housekeeping, but I was so stressed out and worried and unable to sleep.
