We arrived late at night and were told there were still restaurants open nearby, we had our dinner there at 11:00PM. That's such a happy surprise because the area is suburb, we only expected some convenient store food at that time. The complimentary breakfast is not bad too.

Very Disappointed

The room was at 60 degrees when I checked in and I stayed very cold until I left. I turned the ac off but still stayed super cold. The sofa was like sitting on a piece of wood and the bed lumpy. In addition the TV couldn't get a signal so couldn't watch TV. Bathrooms need to be updated. Lady checking me in was very nice though moving me to the first floor. The building didn't list if it was A B etc. Hard to locate the correct building

While sleeping, a cockroach climbed in to my bed. Requested cleaning, they did it 1 day after. Only the front desk lady Monica was really nice and helpful.

This hotel was terrible extremely poor house keeping very bad odour carpet stinks nothing like the photos unbreathable hotel the elevator has bedding on all the walls inside very unsanity will never visit her nor recommended.

The property was very conveniently located near Cleveland Clinic, places to eat, and stores. The place was a bit on the older side, but I noted the signage advising they were renovating floor-by-floor and building-by-building. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
