Shuttle took about 40 minutes to pick us up. In the same time we saw other hotels send at leasr two rounds of shuttles. Also, we ordered room service for our 2 small children upon arrival and after 30 minutes, 2 bowls of mac and cheese arrived but there was a hair in the food so both kids became uneasy and wouldn't continue eating. The hotel did remove the charges so we were grateful for that but still pretty gross.

Clean room but has thin walls that you can hear other guests next door talking. Lavatory faucet doesn’t work correctly. It’s very hard to turn on and off the wayer. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is reliable.

From the moment I walked in everything just felt yuck. The world coming to mind is dingy. The floor, the waiting area furniture - totally nasty. Like college student spills and stains all over. The front desk staff on their phone while checking me in and out. The room was beat up, water leak on the ceiling that was attempted to be patched. Black mold on shower caulk and hair embedded into the dingy “white” yellow towels. Hair on bathroom counter and floor. Our view looked at pool which looked like it could use a chemical treatment or 2. Green all over pool grates. Didn’t use and wouldn’t recommend. Overall very expensive for the dingy experience. I used hotel.com points - wasted actually. Didn’t sleep worth a dang, very loud hallway and odd rattles every time someone else door shut.
