Shower water pressure was less than I can pee. The shower handle came off while trying to get some water to come out. For the price they could give you a free breakfast instead of charging $15. Lucky there was a Mc D and Burger King close by. Outside smokers area was nice but why not a nice space for non smokers? Thermostat was non functional. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

During the coldest spell in years, the hotel had no heat! Instead of being pro-active, and letting the guests know there was a major problem, it was left to the individual guest to ask for compensation. There was no excuse where guests had to go to bed wearing layers of clothes.

The only issue we had was it was seasonably cold in Florida 37 to be exact and there was no heat in the room. It was a very uncomfortable sleep For the price we paid would have expected heat

I don’t highly recommend this hotel.. room was just ok, bathroom wasn’t the cleanest.. pool area just ok. Had to use a pool towel to clean off table, asked the desk for something to wipe off table and they said use a pool towel!!!!!
