Whether you are staying for a night or five everything you need is close by. The Cordova arms is clean and very responsive to any questions, issues or concerns while you stay there. We had a smidge of a parking issue and it was resolved within minutes. Our place was clean and had all the items we needed for cooking (mostly just breakfasts while we were there). We had direct access to the pool, though a little run down, was clean and right on a canal with a nice view. I would recommend this property.

From the moment we arrived at Cordova Arms by Rocketstay, we knew we’d found something special. The unit was beautifully appointed—stylish, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. The king‑bed was incredibly cozy, the sofa‑bed spacious. The pool area was a real highlight: a refreshing waterfront setting for unwinding in the Florida sun. Having on‑site laundry and free parking added to the convenience, especially when staying for multiple nights. The building is smoke‑free, which made the whole environment feel clean and inviting.
