Walls were paper thin so you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the next rooms, maybe spread out your customers alittle so they are not so close to each other.

Not great.

The staff were friendly. However the first room i was given the TV and Phone were not working. I was given two keys to a new room and only one key worked so i returned the one not working. The sound when neighbors on either side walk around their room is so loud I was questioning if someone was stomping on the roof. They were doing work on the driveway it was so loud and smelly while I stayed there. The parking is awful. I read this in some of the other reviews but It was worse than expected. I like the location and the price but man it was not a restful stay.

Very satisfied with our stay. Room was great, clean and spacious. Staff was great. Even had a free breakfast even though the original listing when I booked the room said no breakfast. I will say check the windows when you arrive. Two of ours were unlocked. The previous guests must have had them opened.

Went to check in nobody was in the lobby after about 5 minutes I called the 1 800 number . It was not very clean, the tv wouldn’t work and the toilet wouldn’t flush i had to call and ask them to come fix them . There was no hand soap provided in the bathroom , very noisy and not very satisfied over all . We only stayed one night so it was doable

I was looking foward to sleeping with the AC but it didn't work at all. The ceiling fan was so small couldn't even feel any air. The bed has metal sheets and I would hit it everytime I was near the bed so annoying makes a loud noise. The bathroom was decent I like the sink color but it was really low along with the toilet. The mini fridge though was amazing my drinks were crispy love that. The microwave was old but turned on. There was no coffee maker. Very noisy neighbors the two nights I stayed. Doesn't really have much breakfast options. I wouldn't recommend staying here with kids and family the noise kept waking up my baby. The train and cruise ships are so loud! The ice cup was dirty and cracked. I paid almost $300 not worth that price.

The room was comfortable. However, in a room with 2 beds, it would be nice to have 2 chairs. Also, my dad is 80 years old and couldn't see the readout on the microwave. There needs to be another lamp in the room, either on the desk or on the dresser. In addition, it's nearly impossible for an older person to reach behind them for the toilet paper. A freestanding toilet paper holder would be helpful.

We were shocked. As the photos were not the same feeling. Workers were standing around parking lot which was a bit scary for us being out of towners, Room was decent. Kitchenette nice surprise even though we weren’t there long enough to use it.
