This property is just ok. If you are in town briefly and everything else in town is booked, this will do the job. Nothing fancy, decent sized rooms with balconies, some over looing Pudding Creek. plus is you can jog across the street to the beach

Good

The property is unique with little balconies on each unit overlooking a small body of water. It has an upscale look to it and the doors are protected by keyless entry.

We stayed in a King room with balcony and soaking tub for 4 nights. We loved the location on the north end of Fort Bragg; a less expensive option than Mendocino. The room was large including a table for two and a comfortable living room side chair. I used the soaking tub 3 of our 4 nights. Hot water never ran cold. Observed the birds in the estuary every day. Close to Highway One, but little to no noise at night. Hotel staff dispersed supplies as needed. An easy walk to the coast side trail and former railroad trestle. I do recommend this hotel; would stay here again.

I arrived to the area earlier then the scheduled 3:00 check in time so I called to see about early check in. I was told there is no early check in- and that 3:00 is just the start time, that my room may not be ready until 4/4:30 even. I had never heard that at a hotel before, but arrived at 3:30 and was able to get in. However my room had hairs in the bathroom and a big wet spot on the floor. There was a fridge and microwave which was nice, and the balcony overlooking the river allowed us to see birds and otters. The parking lot was kind of a nightmare, after going out for dinner we were lucky to find the last parking spot in the awkward shaped lot. It was a great location, a quick walk to the beach, but honestly I probably would not stay here again.

My room wasn't ready two times they took very good care of my stay

Enjoyed our stay overall. Owners suite had everything we needed but there were ants in the kitchen and it wasn’t as clean as I’d expect it to be. But great location and quiet!

good service, great location, kind staff. great value

Front desk staff was very friendly and informative. Room was spacious, well-stocked, and clean.

We love the 600 building. It overlooks the highway but has an ocean view.

The room had everything we needed and the view was lovely. Continental breakfast offered more than I expected. The soaking tub was the icing on the cake!

This place was great. It was clean and roomy and had a neat balcony that we used. It was a great spot to drink our morning coffee and an afternoon lunch. We checked in a bit late and the front desk clerk called us while we weee on the way to emake sure we were still coming.

The property is attractive and very convenient. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. When I checked in and mentioned we had had a long drive to get there, the clerk asked if I had plans on where to eat. The clerk had eaten at the spot we thought to visit. He advised us that the restaurant had recently moved. This was very helpful! The Yelp information was not up to date. Their hand out materials included restaurant information and also information on getting food delivered. This is not a luxury facility but was really very nice. We were extremely happy.

Good location. OK view, but not of the beach. Room was comfortable. Breakfast just OK

Thank you for your feedback. We are following CDC Covid cleaning protocols and, while check-in begins at 3 pm, some of our rooms may not be ready exactly at 3 pm. We have forwarded your comments to our housekeeping team for follow-up. Thank you for staying with us.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have regular pest control service but our location on the bluff does mean we have the occasional uninvited guests. We have forwarded your comments to our housekeeping team for further staff training. Thank you for staying with us.
