The room was clean and tidy. The shower had pleanty of hot water. Nice gardens well maintained with beautiful plants many exotic and blooming.

Room on check-in was not fully cleaned - beds were not made, some trash still left in room, tv was on. There were no other same size rooms, but front desk was very accommodating and switched to a slightly larger one at no extra cost. As has been mentioned, the heater was noisy. Not constantly, but would periodically become louder, then softer. Not sure why. Otherwise, new room was clean and serviceable. Breakfast was very basic. Overall value for price was good.

Despite checking in at 4pm, the room was not ready until 5:40pm. Front desk person didn’t even know or inform us, nor apologized or offered anything for the inconvenience. We noticed the guests next door were also waiting for their room to be cleaned and the housekeeper didn't start to clean their room until they finished with ours. Poor communication and hospitality, but the room was clean. Wifi reception was weak and we were kicked off routinely.

The property is nice and conveniently located near coastal access and it is close to noyo harbor too. The room needed so.e repairs - the veneer was comi g off of the cabinet holding the refrigerator, there was a large piece of counter top missing under the microwave, the wall was in disrepair, the curtain hem was unraveling. microwave

Room was beaten down place, mattress had stains all over and red ants in both the beds. Washrooms were dirty as well. Water in wash basin was extremely hot even with a small adjustment, we burnt our hand multiple times. Carpets on the floor was extremely dirty. Overall, I wouldn’t suggest the place.
