Overall not bad, I'd rate the hotel a C+/B-. The men running the arcade were condescending and grumpy.

I will be honest, I was worried about pet dander as I am allergic to some. There was no sign, scent or smell of animals. Very easy breezy check in and kind staff. Ample parking available and a nice mini golf in walking distance. For a place that is older it is well kept and very clean. We look forward to our next stay in the near future.

The gentleman who checked us in and out was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He helped us with 2 beach locations that were both lovely and fun, and several restaurant choices, two of which we used and greatly enjoyed. This location is not north of the bridge where a lot of activities and downtown is, but it's so close. 2-3 min by car. It really was remarkably clean inside and out which I appreciate. I woulld stay there again.

Nice that it was close to a shore walk but also very close to noisy Hwy 1. The golf was so-so and full of rowdy teenagers.
