Everything was wonderful except for the sliding doors on the shower. I am in a wheelchair and it was a liitle difficult for me to transfer from my wheelchair to my shower chair. Shower curtains would make this transfer easier.

Great location, felt we had wonderful access to the beach and trails. Nicely clean home with all the items we needed for a very comfortable stay. Really appreciated 5 queen sized beds!

We had a wonderful, no hassle stay. Pomo Park Trail is across the dead end street in front, and beside that is the cliffs and the ocean. The property is beyond comfortable, with great beds and living room furniture. I can’t imagine anyone not relaxing the minute they arrive. All that and dog friendly. My chihuahua wants to go back!

This house is so wonderful to us! Love the ability to sit and stare at the ocean from the living room or a short walk just across the street and you are on the bluffs! We fell in love with the view , the fog horns , watching for whales and relaxing in the beauty!

We were there with our children and grandchildren. We all had such an excellent time. The home is tastefully decorated with a spa like beachy theme. The views were awesome. An easy to find, yet peaceful location. We found cornhole boards in the game closet. We all had a lot of fun playing that with the ocean views as a backdrop. We also enjoyed the well equiped kitchen and spacious dining area as we celebrated my birthday. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing coastal getaway.

My wife and I spent a wonderful week here with our dog, Coconut, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home is updated, spotless, and very comfortable, with flooring that was perfect for a pup. The three bedrooms gave us plenty of space, and the furniture was both stylish and cozy.The location is fantastic—just a short 3-minute walk to gorgeous coastal bluffs where we enjoyed sunsets every evening. The ocean views from the house are breathtaking, and with so many windows, the natural light and cool breezes created such a relaxing atmosphere.The house was stocked far better than most rentals we’ve stayed in. There were plenty of high-quality towels, all the kitchen appliances and cookware you could ever need, and even a ceramic grill for barbecuing while listening to the ocean. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared to make our stay easy and enjoyable.We also loved how convenient it was to get to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. Being so close to Noyo Harbor made it easy to grab fresh fish and chips, which was a highlight of our trip. Botanical gardens are beautiful and Skunk train ride with Coconut was fun amd both are also just a few minutes drive.Finally, the hosts were excellent—communicative, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. We felt truly welcomed.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This is a lovely home and well equipped and furnished. The views are beautiful. It is very close to grocery, dining, etc. There were a few cleanliness issues, but mostly window washing and detail cleaning - nothing very serious. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the beds are comfortable. The furniture is not high end but in good shape and comfortable. If you are looking for a great home with plenty of beds and a large kitchen for a family or big group, this is a great option. The house sits on a pretty quiet street so you will not be bothered by traffic noise other than a few loud motercycles or cars during the sunset hours. It is an easy walk across the street to get a better view of the ocean and the waves hitting the rocks. The internet functioned really well for us and we were able to stream and work on our laptops. TVs have all the streaming options. The door lock functions well and we had no problems getting into the home on arrival. Checkout process is simple and they do not ask for much other than take out the trash and start the dishwasher. Overall, I recommend this home if you are not looking for super high end plush, but comfortable, roomy and with a great view.

Beautiful house, mostly foggy for much of our stay. Close paved walk and benches overlooking ocean and entry to Noyo Harbor. Best for a group. Lots of kitchen utensils, pots. I would have liked a few more added comfort items like facial tissue, enough dishwasher liquid to do more than 2 loads. Same for laundry soap.

Perfect location, beautiful property

We had a lovely stay at Forever View! The property was remodeled and decorated in a coastal vibe. Very clean, comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of amenities. The view is incredible and even on a well-traveled road it was quiet and serene. The house is close to town, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the walking trails and we brought our small dog with us. You won't be disappointed!

Updated, comfortable properly with a killer view

All adult stay with our 2 dogs, we chose the property for the view and location and it was better than expected. We walked the bluff trail overlooking the ocean that starts across the street multiple times a day, enjoyed sitting on the deck for cocktails and star gazing after dark. Close to all our planned activities. Highly recommend for large groups or multiple families with ample shared family room and dinning room for games and gathering. Looking forward to staying again on a next visit to Mendocino!

Beautiful and relaxing

This was an annual family trip. We have been taking this trip for 5 years, this was our favorite house so far! Waking up to the ocean outside was magical. The property management was attentive and helpful. We highly recommend!

Gorgeous house and views

This is by far the best house weve stayed in. Superclean, large house, pet friendly but you wouldnt know . . . no doggie smell. You can tell owner puts money back into the property. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
