Had two rooms for myself, wife, son, and mother in law(the second room). At check in was told the two rooms were identical. Found no bedding for the Murphy bed, went to office and was told the other room was set up for the three person room and we should just switch rooms(after everyone had unpacked), staff went to the second room with us and unlocked a door in the kitchen that we didn’t have a key to revealing a second sleeping area. So now our son had to repack and move to grandmas room. Next morning no hot water, all had to take VERY cold showers. Asked staff around lunch time if hot water had been fixed and was told yes. Next morning, no hot water again!

Brilliant location, right by Ufizzi. Staff very helpful, only downside was iffy WiFi. We cooked one night in the little kitchen which was perfectly adequate. I loved the stove top coffee maker and generously provided espresso coffee. Clean and comfortable. Would happily stay again.

Hidden gem!

The penthouse was amazing!! The staff was so kind and provided stellar service upon checking in. Parking was simple, and that's not easy in Florence. The location was idyllic...steps from Uffizi, and very, very close all of the attractions, and shopping. Excellent dining right outside the door. Absolutely a hidden gem!!

Can’t beat location, great rooms!

Perpetual was awesome from start to finish! We had a change of plans and they were able to get us a room a day early. Late check in information was clear and easy to follow. Laura in the office was incredibly kind and helpful. Both rooms we stayed in were great! Table and a small kitchenette allows for ease of snacks and drinks. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The location cannot be beat for this price! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Florence.

The hotel was in a very central location. The room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had hot water and great water pressure. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this property!

Second time staying at this property both the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suites are excellent. Close to all things in Florence. Clean and safe, easy access. Excellent AC both stays were in July. Would be back, highly recommend. Friendly front desk staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We arrived earlier to drop off our bags and to our suprise we were upgraded and the room was ready for us to check in. The room was spatious and very clean with a beautiful view of the piazza. Only downside of the view was it was loud at night since we were staying over the weekend. I had quite a hard time to sleep. Also, while everything was super clean, the showers were looking dirty with a bit of mold, but it was not a problem at all for us. Not too bad honestly.
