Cozy

Property is as exactly as it looks! Very clean and comfortable. Emma is a great host. We would highly recommend for a group of 4 or less. Great location for white water rafting in Canon City.

Beautiful Cottage

What a wonderful time we had in Colorado and what a beautiful cottage we stayed at. The entire cottage inside and out was incredible. Absolute pleasure staying here exploring the area and spending our nights relaxing.

Beautiful cottage!

We enjoyed this place so much!! It was beautifully decorated and very clean! The shower w amazing and we enjoyed walking up town for coffee and another day for dinner. Emma was a great host!

Lovely cottage!

This cozy cottage was the perfect location for our adventures in the Royal Gorge area. We had 2 adults and one teen in our group. The cottage was just as pictured in the listing with a clean and tidy outdoor area, a beautifully updated kitchen and awesome shower. Although we didn’t spend much time in Florence, the town was lively and there was a small public pool nearby as well as a sand volleyball court. It’s a very short drive to Cañon City and Royal Gorge rafting, bridge and train. We were expecting an outdoor barbecue grill but made due with the indoor stovetop. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and supplies needed to make meals. A special bonus was the Nespresso machine!! We would love to return in the winter to enjoy some of the other features like the fireplace, heated floors and cozy blankets but it was too hot this summer. If you’re looking for a lovely little cozy cottage, book this place today. You won’t regret it!!

Cute cottage with all the amenities!

If you are visiting Florence or Cañon City, this is the place to stay. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything updated and very cozy. It was nice having a private room for the adults and the kids in a separate room. Emma was super helpful and a good communicator

Exceeded Expectations

I have never stayed in a place where the attention to detail and the cleanliness has been even half as great as this place. It was meticulously clean and Emma, the host, had anticipated our every need (and more) with all the little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable--fresh flowers in little pots all over the house, slippers and robes, quality shampoo, conditioner & body wash, Nespresso coffee maker with coffee pods, the cottage tastefully decorated with art and cozy furniture, board games to play, every possible kitchen utensil one could want, a pitcher with cold water waiting for us in the fridge, even a handwritten note from the host, welcoming us and addressing the things my friend and I were hoping to do on our little vacation. We felt so at-home and comfortable. Can't say enough good things about our stay. Thank you, Emma! Outstanding job!

Cutest Little Cottage

We loved all of the personal touches. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was gorgeous. The shower felt amazing after a day of rafting and walking the Royal Gorge Bridge. Emma gave us some great dinner recommendations . We would definitely stay again when the weather is cooler. The only AC is in the master bedroom which stayed cold. Our teenagers had to sleep with 2 fans and an open window. Thank goodness we brought 2 fans with us. Without the fans and opening the windows, the temp inside was 79 degrees. The window AC couldn't cool the entire house because it was a very warm day outside. Being from TX, we are accustomed to central AC because we spend half of the year with 90 degrees or more. The house was 75 degrees when we woke up.

Perfect Stay

We came down from Denver to take our kids to the Royal Gorge. What a perfect spot for us to stay. The cottage was impeccably clean, decorated fantastically, high end appliances, and Emma’s notes and recommendations were awesome. She was a great host - my son even left a chain there and she was very gracious in letting us go back to get it. Highly highly recommend this place and will be my first choice when we are back down in the area!

Awesome cottage!

A true oasis

Easily one of the cleanest properties we have stayed in. The house was decorated in a fashion that lends itself to relaxation. Emma has put her effort into making sure you have everything you may need. A beautiful coffee bar, plush towels and an elegant set of flatwear for your stay. The backyard was especially appreciated. Lots of space with privacy, under a beautiful tree. There was off street parking that was close to the house too. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with Emma was very easy. She was a great resource for activities in the area. We had an excellent stay!

Cutest Rental Ever

The place was immaculate and adorable! But the small personal touches made it even better! The note from the host customized for us, the coffee bar, the snacks, the water in the refrigerator, the nice toiletries, the robes, the slippers, the outdoor seating areas, the restaurant list, and the games (inside and out). The place is also walking distance from downtown restaurants and a brewery.

The Perfect Cozy Little House

Beautiful property inside and out. The landscaping and outside area was ready for a relaxing evening or entertaining. The kids enjoyed the twin beds and while nestled in close, it gives it the right cozy feel you want as a kid. All the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had the most thoughtful touches, book now! You won’t regret it.
