Clean and cheap

Rooms are clean and “old fashioned” meaning they have old appliances, actual key locks, and features but it’s a motel! This was comfortable, affordable and just what we needed for a stop over in town. Would stay again. Did not eat breakfast so cannot comment.

Owners really did a nice job with this motel

This motel was a surprise: updated rooms, coffee, comfortable, easily accessible, and right across the street from the Royal Gorge Train Station. There was a nice guest patio, and the continental breakfast was fresh and had wonderful coffee, juice, etc. We would definitely stay there again

Older property, but VERY clean. Free breakfast was almost perfect- we would have liked to have seen meat options or eggs, but there were still plenty of other options. Great location to walk to any of the downtown shopping/eating. River and park located across the street, walking distance for all. AC worked great.

Very handy to historical down town shops and dinning. Easy walking distance. Also easy walk to the train station for the Grand Gorge.

It was near downtown and the city park with a Riverwalk. I didn't like the small bathroom but the Continental breakfast was good. I would stay there again
