The staff were nice.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The entire facility was extremely clean. Limited breakfast because of covid regulations. For the price, this was an excellent overnight stay. I would definitely stay again.

Lisa was amazing! I made a mistake with the booking and she fixed it without any complications. Great customer service!

The lady at the front desk at about 5:30 pm was awesome. The room could have been cleaner. Toilet paper and hair in the toilet and carpet could of been vacuumed.. other than taht it was nice

The room we stay was room 117 it was a very nice room we enjoyed it every minute of it and also the breakfast

We had an excellent experience except for the fact that there is no elevator to get to the second floor. We were traveling with our older parents who had a difficult time carrying their luggage up the stairs since there is no elevator and they didn't have another room available on the first floor. The breakfast area was very warm because the air conditioning unit wasn't working. Our check in and check out was great- we appreciate the staff and the clean bed.

Pleasantly surprised. We never spend much on our rooms simply because I don't like spending extra for a place that we only use to sleep and bathe in. That being said, we often find ourselves stuck in some pretty tough places. This place was one of the good ones. Room was clean, staff was polite and hard working, and I can't say enough about the great location. We loved the area so much that I'm sure we'll be back, and we will stay here again.

Staff and setting is pleasant and accomodating.it is older and basic. We have paid more and gotten less. We have stayed twice and would again for the value and convenience.

This hotel is adequate and middle of the road. It's apparently one of the better ones in town though.

The hotel room was average. I always book through online which means the room is already paid for. The guy at the front desk didn't notice that and ran my card to pay for the room. Then argued with me that is was only a hold they don't really take that money from your account. But what he doesn't understand is that if the money is held you still can't spend it. It put me in the hole. Thanks a lot!

Allow me to apologize on behalf of our hotel for failing to meet your expectations regarding the disturbance of the smoke detector going off in the middle of the night and there being a pipe leaking in the hallway in front of your room door. Our front desk associate tried to accommodate you as best they could by offering to switch you rooms and even called the maintenance staff at 2 am to see how to remove the smoke detector so that it would stop beeping. We apologize there was not a replacement battery available at the time. However, our front desk staff was also kind enough to contact the 3rd party you made your reservation with and give you more of a discounted rate for your troubles. I have shared your feedback with our management and maintenance to ensure we handle these types of situations differently in the future. Again, thank you for your time and valuable feedback. We sincerely appreciate it and your valued business.
