"Our stay at Tru by Hilton was just okay and didn’t quite meet expectations.
One inconvenience was the lack of a microwave in the room, which would have been helpful, especially when traveling with family. Breakfast was available, but the selection was limited compared to what we’ve experienced at other similar hotels.
Additionally, we noticed stains on the bed sheets, which was disappointing and raised some concerns about overall cleanliness.
With a few improvements—particularly in housekeeping and amenities—this could be a better experience, but as it stands, it fell short for us."
