I was very happy with the front desk while checking in, she was quick, very friendly and welcoming. The room was easy access, was able to park my car in front of my room, so I felt very safe, being a female traveling alone. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff is terrible and disrespectful. When I wanted to check out an Indian lady at the front desk went to check in and before she refunded me my deposit, which is ok, She came back down stairs and tell me that a small bath towel is missing, I told her to check again cause she might not check well. She call me thief, and a bunch of bad words full of hate. “ oh the hotel room is already not expensive, and I steal bath towels bla bla. I wouldn’t recommend that place to anybody this is very disrespectful.

I arrived late after driving all day. It was nice to be greeted in the office. The room is in a good location, not far from I-95. I was impressed with how clean the room and bathroom were. I would stay there again.

The room was clean but there was no shoer soap and the shampoo dispenser was broken. The bed squeaked with every move constantly wakinh us up. Wallpaper was peeling and the entrancece door looked as if it was pryed open. Left both exhausted and frustrated

Theresa was great, I’ve stayed in this hotel before traveling from Florida to NY and the staff is the best. Theresa was very friendly, attentive, patient and overall a joy to deal with. The rooms are clean, but this is the second time I found hairs in the tub, they could definitely do better. My score was given mainly because of Theresa.
