Shower problems

The shower did not work the knob would not stay in the position for hot and cold, the body wash was empty, there was two bottles of conditioner and no shampoo!

Very slow check-in. Pool and spa closed for day. Advertised manager reception cancelled without notice despite signage throughout hotel. Cleaning staff walked into room in morning without knocking or checking if empty. No apologies or empathy for any of it, just excuses. Will not stay here again

Very pleasant aesthetically. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. I was happy to see a bathtub but alas there was no drain plug. Was told by front desk staff that none of the room tubs had plugs!?? Begs the question as to why they have tubs at all. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was adequate.

Don't stay here

Pool and around pool was dirty. Breakfast was cold, old, and not much selection. Bed was comfortable. Doors slam shut very loudly. Very noisy, woke up several times to loud noises. Staff wasn't friendly. No handsoap, one washcloth.
