The hotel was under new management, they were understaffed, we were sent to 5 different rooms because the electronic key to the rooms didn’t work, the staff member had to personally let guests into their rooms because their keys weren’t working, the elevator didn’t work for guests staying on the second floor, the spa was out of service, the hotel was under renovation simultaneously and guests were checking out and canceling their reservations and going to other hotels so we didn’t the same. This was the absolute worst experience with a hotel in my entire life!
