Standard hotel. My main complaint is that the hotel seemed fully booked (which is fine) but they did not have enough staff, particularly at breakfast. The food was running out and kids were making messes left and right and the staff could not keep up. Management needs to bring on additional help when they are so full. We never even used the pool as it seemed so full in there at all times. Just something to be aware of if your plans really include the pool.
The pool was too cold for my small children which was the reason why we chose this hotel. From the photos, we noticed a slide and nice shallow part! This would have been great but the water was cooold! Our room was clean and comfortable! We stayed two nights and got fresh towels delivered! Complimentary breakfast is good and the hours are better than other places I’ve stayed!

Staff were very friendly, especially the lady working at the social hour. Hotel was clean for most part but in need of updates. Floor tiles were cracked, walls and doors dirty and scuffed.

Doors did not have tight fit so all noise in the hallway is like they are in your room with you. Rooms are only surface cleaned, bathroom door dirty and food on the wall
I had requested twice a room on the ground floor for my husband and his service dog and when we arrived we were on the third floor and was told at reception that they didn’t see the note. We routinely use LaQuinta hotels and have never had a problem before
staff did not have supplies to replace soap or shampoo in shower. Management should be on top of making sure staff has everything needed to do their job!!!
The desk clerk was on her first night alone and she was fantastic! The room was big and clean. They had a complimentary chili and salad supper with drinks so we didn't have to go find a restaurant after a long day of travel. It came with a drink and was delicious! The breakfast in the morning was huge! Hot eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy...bagels, muffins, oatmeal, boiled eggs, oranges, bananas, yogurt...etc. It will be our go to stay on our travels!
Very clean
Better than expected for a LaQuinta (and for the price). A little water park was enjoyed by the kids. There is ALOT of common area space which was great as our family was there celebrating a graduation. I would definitely stay there again.
The gentleman that checked us in was very efficient. He also was able to get us a late checkout time as my husband had doctor appointments through the day as we were able to come back to the hotel to rest before an early afternoon appointment.
The young woman who checked us in was amazing. Also our television wasn’t working, and after a call to the front desk, it was fixed promptly. We enjoyed great soup and salad for the evening gathering.
