Nice welcome, clean, safe, neat eats!

Front desk was very welcoming, offering services. Greeted me nicely, saw that I was a rewards member, offered and gave me complimentary water bottles, said have a good night. Clean well lit area, with pool/exercise amenities. Very welcoming color scheme and lighting.

Walking distance of West Acres. Room has real glass dishes and silverware, dishwasher, good sized fridge and powerful full size microwave. Bed and pillows were comfy. Can turn the thermostat down to 65 for cool sleeping. Shower has amazing strong flow. Cute decor.

Guest services were very professional and very courteous. I had 3 packages delivered at 3 different times and they were great about it. They greeted us upon arrival and even gave our teenage son a key card (other hotels usually don't); he was happy about that. Our first stay here but definitely not our last.
