Two downsides-no clean towels at the pool, and the hot tub seemed over chlorinated (likely to keep up with all the swimmers!) There is always "remodeling" at this hotel though I have yet to see an updated room. Our room was outdated, dirty, and certainly not reflective of the price. There was also about a 2 inch clearance from the floor to the bottom of the door, which made me feel very unsafe.
