1. No sheets or pillows for the sleeper sofa. When I called the front desk, no answer. When I went down to the desk to get sheets, I received attitude from the man working the desk including vulgarities as he complained about being on his 16th straight day of work. 2. Toilet would not flush. Called the front desk and they requested for me, the guest, to come down to the desk to get a plunger. 3. No hot water in the shower. 4. Room was musty.

I rented a two bedroom suite. The room we had was in very poor condition and hadn't been properly cleaned. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable and the frame poked through the very thin mattress. The sofa in it's folded state was in rough condition. There were tares and holes in the cushions. There were crumbs on the floors and in corners. Hopefully the suite gets an upgrade and better attention.

The pool was closed, the hot water in the shower didn't work, the toilet seat was very loose, the ice machine in our room didn't work, the machines in the fitness center didn't work, and the fitness center was dirty and smelled

This was my 5th time staying at this location and I never went to leave. It’s so quiet and relaxing. The rooms are amazing! It feels like you’re staying in a luxury apartment. I just came to get away for a few days for my birthday and I may make this a repetitive stay.

Room Roulette… Literally a 2 or 5 stars…

So let me start with my first 2 stays, solid 4.5/5! Literally one and only complaint I could make is the towel has no room for the bathroom floor with the way the door opens, rooms where just like the pictures (I know one room is 309), clean and well kept. Breakfast is great down stairs and feels very upscale for the place. Now for this stay, first room was room 307, room was 82 degrees (I happened to have a thermometer lol) when I walked in, A/C unit was broken, a standing unit was installed in the window which is fine, but it was set at 62 and blowing hot air, plus the curtains could not be closed because of it, huge privacy issue. Also, the picture in the dining area was missing with all the stuff still on the wall, the room was not very clean, kitchen utensils not remotely cleaned, and the ottoman missing along with the couch falling apart. They where kind enough to move me to a double queen room, no complaints there (room 133), until I got in, literally everything wrong with the first room, but at-least the A/C worked, so I dealt with it. This room had a completely different shower that’s not at all what is advertised, and what I can only assume is ack mold?? Also the tub faucet leaks all over the wall and sounds like a literal squirrel squeaking the entire time. Like if I got my other rooms every time, I’d love this place without question, but the last two rooms, I would never come here again. Honestly owner should be embarrassed that the rooms are that different.

The room is huge and we loved the separate bedroom. The bathroom is huge too! The furniture is a bit tired and the sheets/pillows are average. The breakfast was disappointing and the lobby lacks much space and amenities.

We had a lot of trouble getting into our room, two sets of keys did not get us in. The front desk attendant came for the third try and the set he had didn't work either. He let us in with his key but then we still had no working keys. The property could really use a refresh, it is pretty tired.
