It is directly on US 101 & very noisy, there is usually no staff on hand...checkin is on a computer, if a staff is on site they will come to the office & Complete the reservation. THey hold $100 deposit for days after checkout even if the room was paid in full in advance. No one in the breakfast area for help no matter how long, loud or number of times you pound on the kitchen door no one answers. The e chargers did not work...we tried 3 of them.

Horrible experience. I will never stay again. The first night was decent, had 2 spiders in my room but didn’t want to complain. Out last night was awful, then when we woke up my son had a bed bug on his neck! When I advised staff I was threatened and treated very poorly. Disgusting service and establishment.

We payed a bit extra to stay here because they advertise that they have a pool. Sadly upon arrival we noticed that the pool was emptied and closed. No one informed us beforehand and the pool was not listed as closed.

It looks like this Inn recently change to a Ramada franchise, not up to Ramada standards yet. The breakfast was not good. Cold eggs, and cold pancakes. Pillows and bed very uncomfortable.

Couldn’t pay me to stay there again!

Horrible check-in procedures. The talking head on the screen was useless. I don’t see why there was need to check-in online and then again at the location. It seems like they needed unnecessary information (probably for marketing). Why would and app ask you to leave tips for staff before you have even gotten to the hotel. Very poor look! Rooms look they could use a make over. You see holes in the walls. Ice machine on second floor broken for some time. Filthy and disgusting. Since saying out of order but no direction to ice machine. Cover or remove the filthy eyesore. Last of all. Ready to get on the road. Stop in for the complimentary breakfast. After getting a cup of 40-45 degrees juice from the refrigerated dispenser and the attendant acting like this was perfectly acceptable. It was time to hit the road. Can get better service at a gas station.
