Room was fine. Slightly run down, but nothing horrible. The real issue was the smell. We woke up to the strongest stench of bacon permeating our room! Apparently, the staff leaves to door open to the kitchen and the smell travels up the stairway. It was horrible!

The area outside often stunk like raw sewage. Not the hotels fault though. The bed could have been a little softer (just my preference, not everyones). I called the front desk the evening before checking out to ask for a late checkout and was told I can check out at noon but they did not let the next shift know so we got a call at 11:15 asking if we were extending. I explained we were told we could have a noon checkout. She said no one marked that down but it was okay. The hot tub was wonderful and my son and I had it all to ourselves. The breakfast was pretty good, waffle maker, cereal, bananas and apples, mini muffins, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, hash brown patties. I'd stay again, it was priced pretty decently.

They said I had to give 100 deposit which they said Expedia states which they don’t. Ok fine but they would only except credit card for deposit witch I didn’t have. I offered cash or debit card. No they said. And they wouldn’t refund me. They just kept my 141 dollars. And then sold room to someone else. So they got paid twice. Worst place ever. And Expedia is the worst as well.

Honestly, great customer service.We needed an extra bed cuz.My kids didn't want to share last minute, and it really came in handy to separate them.And the front office brought a bed very quickly and pretty late at night.Great customer service and truly appreciate the good clean stay.. if I could recommend anything, it would definitely be to add-on to your breakfast area.!

Didn’t have any luggage transfer racks at the front area. Turns out they only had one that was not in sight when we checked in or when we checked out but also not being in use by anyone else in sight either. No water in lobby, cookies unavailable. Needed a $100 deposit even though I had already paid for the room. Air conditioner extremely noisy.

I was able to check in earlier than scheduled. But here is the catch. Around 12:30pm I called hotel inquiring about early check-in availability. Guess what, no one answered the phone. I made three calls and none of the calls were being answered. So I decided to drive to the hotel and the receptionist was able to accommodate my need. The hotel condition needs improvement. The carpet inside the hotel room was dirty and wet. Next morning the complementary breakfast was not bad. The location of the hotel is great, closed to shopping mall and grocery.
