This property is currently under a major upgrade. But that is no excuse to not shovel the snow to get to your room. The room has been tastefully upgraded and the bathroom is amazing! I'm not fond of bare floors, but that is minor. The pillows are puffy, but I couldn't find a sweet spot.

The room was newly renovated and generally clean. Too much furniture has been removed and not replaced -(ie) the nice table/chair set that used to be there. The TV works well/ wifi is strong / bathroom is fine. Since there is only exterior entrance from the snowy parking lot, a larger mat ios required at the entrance for boots etc, and the replacement of th table/chair so that coats / mitts can be placed there upon entry, rather than having to hurl them.

The newly renovated rooms are spectacular. The entire facility was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant on site and were very pleased.

Absolute garbage. We stayed in 2 rooms over the holidays. Our room had an old microwave and waste material from a renovation on the floor. Appreciate the upgrade but why leave the old microwave still in the room. But the worst part, was the other room had dog bowls and dog food left in the room and dog urine on the floor. HOW does that happen after the room is turned over?!?!?

I was not allowed to check in with my service dog, yet charged for a stay. A clerk at the reception seemed confused, ‘disappeared’ behind the reception desk to speak with an unseen manager only to return to blankly stare at me. I showed her my service dog letter, she read it, and stared at me. So I left. No reply from the hotel when I messaged them. I think the reception staff do not have clear direction. The whole experience was confusing, at best.
