I booked a 2 queen room and was given a king with a twin pullout couch. I was handed a pile of sheets and blankets in the lobby for the couch. When getting to the room the door was open. There was damage to areas of the furniture and a large 3 foot crack down the wall.

They didn't have the 2 queen bed room that we booked. They could only give us a king room so my adult daughter and 2 grandkids had to sleep on the floor. The girl said they always overbook. I only booked it 2 hours before our arrival because we were traveling.

I loved my room. When I went to breakfast, the eggs were sparse and they had run out of pastries, which was muffins English muffins bread. After I finished the small amount of scrambled eggs left, she brought out more bread, but it was a little too late.
