This hotel should not be offered to your customers. I felt like I was staying at a no tell motel. I couldn't use ice machine it was so filthy. The room smelled musty. The grout on the tile was chipping away. I wouldn't take a shower in the bathroom it was so disgusting. There looked like there was a leak in the ceiling. This was my first and last time staying at a Sleep Inn!

Ok, but room needs attention

Hotel was pleasant to walk into. It smelled nice and we were greeted warmly by HEATHER at the front desk. She was very pleasant. We went to our room and it looked presentable. In the bathroom however the tub was either filthy or needs to be reglazed. We saw a big bug walking in the bathroom and it went behind the refrigerator. I needed to use a plug to charge my phone and I pulled the nightstand out a little and behind it looked like it had never been cleaned! A flashing light on the smoke detector in the ceiling flashed all night long right above us on the bed and very bright. The air conditioner took a long time to cool down. The bed was a little soft. All in all it was a comfortable room with clean sheets. Breakfast in the morning was good. All in all I'd sayithis hotel is a 3.5!

We were greeted by a lovely young lady at the front desk. Our beds were so comfortable. However the pool was not open at all. The lady that worked in the dining area was extremely rude to us with a greeting if “We are closing in 10 minutes. After that a guy came in with a child and she went right in the back and got him eggs, but never offered them to us. She was also very nasty to another man that came into the area as well. I treat all people the same and that definitely was not the case here. She gave us an attitude.

Don't take for granted that the room will be empty

We were given room keys, went to the room, the keys worked, but there was someone else inside; smoking, messy room, shocked to hear us open his door. We went to the front desk and were told that someone else "lives in the room" and that they shouldn't have given us the keys. The room was filled with smoke. Something was wrong about the whole situation. We complained and were given a suite, but the toilet in the suite was broken. No bed bugs at least. We slept for 7 hours and got out of there as soon as we could.

I liked it because up the location it was easy to get to. I disliked it for 2 nights around 9 or 9:30 we are on 2nd floor the room up above us people stomping around. Kept me from sleeping.

Very good staff who were polite and professional. The room was clean but older and a bit worn. Breakfast was pretty decent and well stocked. We needed more pillows and towels and they're very quick with delivery.
