First there was ticks in my room, then we switched from a room with double beds to a single bed. My son did not have a bed. In that room beside being short a bed the heat did not work. So again we move rooms.

Room was is poor condition. The bathroom floor had a soft spot under the fake tile cause by water damage. The threshold was cracked. The sink had dark spots and rust stains. The shears had 2 large stains. The shower didn’t have enough pressure to wash my hair. The day staff and housekeeper were very nice.
