The sleep Inn was great. No problems. Outdoor pool! All other hotels had little In door pools, not so fun In july. Front desk agent was nice and quicklygot is checked in. Great coffee available in lobby. Bed was hard and pillows were micro small? Bathroom was large And very clean. Room was sparkling clean, every corner! Coffee maker in room did not work. Nice breakfast. Enjoyable stay.
My family of 5 stopped here for an overnight stay on a Thursday. I was charged $172 for one night (that included a $15 pet fee and a $10 charge for a roll away bed) which was fine. The problem is the AC in the room did not work AT ALL. It must have been 85+ degrees in this room it was MISERABLE. On top of that the toilet in the room was broken and would not stop running. Upon informing the front desk agent she told me "I'll write the issues down in our book and the manager should reimburse you for the issues". Of course I checked my bank statement and was charged full price. I made a phone call and when I finally got through to a manager she told me that she would take away the charge for the pet fee and roll away bed (a pathetic credit of $25). I ended up paying $145 for a crappy room with no AC and a broken toilet. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
Lobby looks great. Great service from the front desk BUT then you get in the room bathroom tub looked really dirty. Beds are soft but the sheets looked dirty. I would NOT recommend this place. We will not ever stay here again
to be fair - one good thing about this place is very nice staff. the room is ok but linens are damp, shower is a coffin-like walk-in, very weird. Internet is super slow! they do give you options to choose faster internet with ads or slower without it, i chose faster but i can't even imagine what would be the slower one! Price was a rip off too but had no choice. will not stay here again.
Hotel is one of the nicer choices to choose from in the area. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were for the most part clean. Furniture was in good condition and clean. No stains on walls or carpet. Hallways smelled fresh. A little noises due to highway traffic. Sheets were bug and hair free. Bathroom and shower looked upgraded recently. Great refreshing stay. Would recommend in your passing through.
we loved the room we usually stay at the Hampton inn but we will be back to stay at the sleep inn we promised Promise haha we loved her as well she was great my wife called to make a reservation and she helped her out a lot and was very outgoing she really made our day. We needed truck parking and was happy to know you had it this is a great hotel
My husband and I recently stayed overnight at this Sleep Inn. When we arrived the lobby was sparkling marble and chrome. Our check in host was a lovely young woman. She was friendly, courteous and accommodating. So far, so good. Our elevator ride portended things to come. After an uneventful ride to the second floor, the elevator opened to a stuffy (air conditioning?) and grubby hallway. We found our room and were underwhelmed. The carpet feels dirty, the walls are dingy and the bedspreads were a dark brown. Better to hide the dirt? The air conditioner worked very well. The lampshades were so dusty the edges were furry. Everthing just felt and smelled very grubby. My husband took a shower. The water was hot and plentiful, however the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned very well. When he stepped out of the shower, the bathroom floor felt very sticky. The sink drain had something green stuck in it. (lettuce?) The door was filthy with fingerprints. I used the bathroom minimally and saved my shower for when I got home. This place sorely needs updating. I was glad when it was morning so we could leave.
We are big road trippers and have stayed in 40+ hotels, motels, cabins, and cottages over the last several years. This was the worse one. I agree with previous reviews about many things: the bathroom sink faucet was extremely loose and felt like it would come off at any moment, the hotel booklet with the information in it was scribbled on and torn and stained, the bed pillows are these odd sized throw pillow like things, and only half the light bulbs worked. And the list continues: the sheets and pillowcases were stained, the lampshades were dented, dusty, and stained, the shower curtain was too small for the shower rod, and even though the bathroom looked freshly painted with a trendy green color-you could see stains coming through (mold?). The chair was ripped, the carpet looked and felt dirty, the elevator reeked of smoke, and even though we were on a non-smoking floor, we could smell someone smoking weed at 11:30 at night. There were smudges on the door and the furniture looks like it wasn't wiped down. The tub drain was broken and my son cut his foot on it!!!! Overall, this room just made me itchy. It was only for one night and my husband kept reminding me that. He was too tired after 10 hours of driving to try and find a different hotel. But, he was up and ready to get out of there by 5:30 am!! The worse part? It was 150 dollars for the night!!! We've paid 50 dollars for a little no-name motel in the middle of nowhere in Minnesota once and that place was a hundred times cleaner. This was our first time in a Sleep Inn and unfortunately for other Sleep Inns, we will not be staying with them after this! And we will not recommend them. The only good thing was the girl at the front desk who checked us in. She was very friendly and took her time with all customers, including the ones on the phone.
This motel uses scented cleaning products. If you get rashes or respiratory problems, avoid this motel. Even the lobby is heavily scented! There is no need for this as the sleep inn at brunswick georgia does not use scented products. This motel just has to call them and find out what to use!.
I had a confirmed, prepaid reservation at this property and upon arrival I was in formed the type of room I reserved was not available as it was overbooked with a large group. I made the reservation 6 weeks in advance and they reconfirmed via email 5 days before my arrival. I needed two beds due to my son recovering from back surgery and they offered one bed and a cot, not doable. They refunded my money and sent me to the Days Inn next door that turned out to be hideous. It was Easter Saturday night so our choice was limited. Never again!! For Choice hotels.
