Easy off &on to Interstate 95. Many food choices nearby. Nothing special but it was a clean, quiet place after a long day of driving.
Everything inbthe property was excellent, I liked the location off I-95, traveling on the interstate was very convenient.
Check in was fast and friendly. I did not get to experience breakfast since I had to check out before 6:30am. The room was very comfortable and spacious.
Clean hotel convenient to the highway and walking distance to a few restaurants. Big parking lot with lots of lighting iand the staff was great.
The toilet wouldn't stop running after flushing. I had to open the tank and fiddle with the flapper and float after every flush. I didn't call the desk about it because I was tired and didn't want somebody to come up and fiddle with the float and flapper for me. That would have been an impermanent solution to a problem of the inner workings just being too large to work properly in the small tank. The exercise room was limited: one elliptical, one bike, one treadmill of low quality. No mats, no free weights, no exercise ball.
The staff was very nice and the room was okay. However there were some hairs (not ours!) on the sheets and the square pillows were kind of strange. Also, not all of the rooms are pet-friendly, so if you want one that is non-smoking you might be out of luck like we were, even though we paid for a non-smoking room in advance. We will stay somewhere else next time.
A nice place that could have used some management intervention. When we got into the elevator, we noticed A LOT of dirt (like a dustpan full), and of course it was tracked in and of each floor. (How can the manager - who we spoke with several times at check-in, ride in there and not sweep it up himself let alone ask the staff to remedy!) When we got off the third floor elevator, the smell was so bad it took our breath away. Our non-smoking hotel smelled like nasty cigars in the entire hallway. I was disappointed to see the dirt still in the elevators in the morning, even though we were about the last guest to leave. The piles of dirt in the parking lot told me which guest brought it in! We enjoyed the room, breakfast, etc, but were turned off by these two items which should be easily corrected. We'd stay again if we're in the area.
