The Hotel needs to make sure they clean the air conditioning filter , the filters were dirty . The air quality was poor we coughed all night.

Property was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable. Great customer service!

Great hotel! Only complaint is there is a $20.00 parking fee. Which I really didn’t understand. The parking lot isn’t a protected area. There isnt gate or security watching the area. So in all fairness there is another hotel down the road without a parking fee. All same amenities as this hotel.

The room was supposed to sleep 4. I guess if three in the king size bed and 1 in the pullout then it did. The hotel had a "hot" tub which is one of the main reasons we stayed there. The only problem was that the "hot" tub did not get hot. Temp never got above 86. The pool felt warmer than the hot tub.

I was a little upset that the front desk would treat me different than a "regular" guest because I had booked through Orb**z. It took extra time to check-in and they would not provide me with a receipt from the hotel since "I paid Orb**z, not them" so I wasn't entitled to a receipt. Plus being a rewards member, I wasn't recognized for that either.

This was a comfortable, quiet hotel with easy access to the interstate with good food nearby. An experience we would repeat.

Elevator Didn't work for several hours!

The Fairfield was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice big bathroom. The pool,whirlpool, and fitness room was nice and clean as well. Hotel staff very nice and accomodating. I would definitely stay at this location again. Convenient location.

Dear Ken, My apologies for your stay being less than expected. We have replaced the thermostat in the hot tub and it is working great!. I am sorry your room was not quite large enough for your stay. Perhaps next time you could try our Queen Suite that has 2 queen beds and the sofa bed. I look forward to seeing you on your next visit.
