The room was not bad, the problem was with the front door and adjacent window. With the door closed we could see a through a slot the sidewalk; furthermore the exterior noise was terrible, with a truck stop across the street. Truckers using their Jacob break system were incredibly noisy, over and above the nearby train horns at a cross road. The complex is showing as Days Inn and Baymont by Wyndham, my gut feeling is that rooms are the same, The airconditioning machine and sofa were prbably 30 years old, dirty and the A/C remote was old, dirty and had no battery. some renovations have been made recently to the room, with flat TV and bathroom, Operator must spend $ to replace front door and window to provide minimum noise reduction and bring this unit to the 21st century: Window .is single glass, probably 50 years old. The breakfast area leaves for desire and also needs a major upgrading.

I called at 645p, 1043p, and lastly at 843a the next day before I reached a human. I wasn't going to arrive until 210a due to multiple accidents and traffic (going NH to NC) and I was trying to find out if someone would be there to check me in. Nobody answered. So I found a different location to stay. Very poor experience. And I cannot get a refund because nobody answered the phone to help me change the check in date, and told me I was a no show. Why would I show if I couldn't guarantee someone to let me in? If I could give less stars I would, especially because the individual I finally spoke to was rude.

Hotel is obviously being renovated from an old Days Inn. Lobby was very basic, but check in clerk was very hospitable and friendly. Room turned out to be just fine, nice bed, walk in shower, microwave and mini fridge. Missing a coffee service in the room, but it had obviously been renovated. Breakfast was pretty basic, but ok, unfortunately in the lobby, which needs renovation. Room charge was excellent, and we loved the nearby Mexican restaurant.

The room has been renovated and was clean. At breakfast, the hot water was not working so we couldn’t have tea or oatmeal. There was no milk so we couldn’t have cereal. Breakfast was coffee & toast.

Clean rooms, nice shower, quiet at night and friendly staff. Stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed it. If you get an odd room number in the 100s, you can park at your door.
