This Comfort Suites was lovely, however I inadvertently went to the other Comfort Inn on Gateway and the front desk person was beyond horrible. He was dripping F bombs to and by guests and was extremely rude and unhelpful. I wish I had his name.

Facilities really need a deep clean, the smell its quite strong, the picture in the hotels link does not correspond to the actual facilities, i had to leave after the first night, my reservation was for two, i really hope i can get reimbursed for that night.
