Clean. Reception was a pleasant experience unlike other El Paso hotel. Very friendly. Have never felt so comfortable and welcomed anywhere in this city. Room is clean and worth far more than what I paid. Will definitely be returning
Rude And if you gonna charge 100 dollars for a room advertised for half that then say so in the first place. Dont have a person without funds to spend on your ridiculous deposit sleep in there car because they have already charged the room to there card and it will take 7 days before they get it back and that was all the money that had. Red Roof can go to HE- double hockey sticks for all I care.
I have stayed here before I was not impressed beds or very uncomfortable staff is very rude. On this day in particular I wasn't able to make it because of a car accident I called the front desk and they were less than sympathetic it went ahead and checked me in and charge my credit card
The price was great but very few amenities, it would’ve been better with a bar or lounge.
Lactation very good. Right next to Walmart and cinema. Reseptionist was cool. Rooms are nice but have to mention that the bathtub was dirt.
First they couldn’t find my reservation. Then I booked a superior king room and they gave me a king room.
