The service was horrible I def would not book again nor stay at any other red roof inn again the pictures shown were VERY deceiving .. said it had baby cribs when I got there they didn't have none.. very disappointing

Stay here for a couple of nights with my wife for the Green Day concert at the El Paso County Colisseum. Hotel was OK for the price, nothing fancy but nothing terrible either. Pool didn't seen inviting at all

2 times the housekeeping for got to put new clean towels in my room

Nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious, and quiet room. Lots of restaurants and shopping plazas nearby.

Filthy dirty room. People fighting and cursing in hall all night. Management did nothing.

Well the price it's not bad. The hotel lobby is small and clean they have complimentary coffee and tea unfortunately I don't drink either. My walk to my room on the first day was not bad went up the elevator with my luggage, the halls leading to rooms look dirty because the carpet. I noticed that my room was closer to the back entrance of the hotel which you had to come up the stairs. When I got to the room it was a good size room again the carpet seemed dirty. The next day I was leaving through the back entrance I noticed that it smelled bad and it seems like no one ever cleans here cigarette butts everywhere and floor stains and smell of urine. When I came back that night I noticed that they had only done the bed and folded the the back the towels used instead of changing them and also they had not vacuumed. They should really put more effort in making the place look and feel clean.

Gave me a room that was not ready and the room they put me in was not completely clean either, sheets had stains and felt rough. Sink was rusty. I've been to better hotels for the same value or less that were much better quality. The only thing this hotel has going for it, is it is very conveniently located on the west side of town.

It was very accommodating while we were cleaning our house. Getting ready for a move to Arizona. The beds were great and the shower was strong and hot. Just what we needed.

This hotel was in the perfect area. I was on a trip to visit my boyfriend and he had to work some of the days I was in town, this hotel was right next to his work.

good in general for a sleep and go night, don't expect anything more.

This hotel was good, clean except the stairwell, very quiet.

It was ok. Nice place for just a night. I would recommend it to others

If you are looking for a basic room at a budget price, this is the hotel for you.

The hotel was in a good location. There are restaurants within walking distance. They do allow animals in this hotel which I understand some people need a hotel that takes animals but I was not too fond of the gentleman that was just hanging out in the lobby area etc with his pitbull. He made me very uncomfortable. The room was ok, except we did not leave out bags on the floor. I killed a bug crawling up the wall which also made me very uncomfortable to want to even sleep in the bed. Walls are thin. We could hear the people in the next room.

Friendly staff and convenient to many restaurants.

I was not very delighted by the staff. They were very efficient though, but not very friendly. No breakfast included and there was a leak in the main hall of the third floor My room was very clean and comfortable. The ac was a bit noisy but I didn't use it that much. I travelled by myself and definitely a good place to stay even with family

The room was decent and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The shower could have used better cleaning though. Overall it was a good experience.

Ive been here twuce and tge place is great! Next to many stores and hust off the freeway, love it here! The beds are a bit rough though but I dont care I do sleep because im tired of shopping

Your basic regular hotel nothing special. Ok for $50.00 but the room smelled like smoke and chlorine.

Perfect location with easy access to local amnetis
