The front desk was very rude, with the setup is easy to get lose, no maps and help to get to your room, the hotel carpets are dirty.

The room they had giving us as we were getting ready to go to bed we noticed the bed was not made and felt crumbs on sheets. As we look closer to see what it was we also had found pubic hair all over the sheets. We called the front desk and all they say was "oh we are sorry we can't do much at this time". We were furious and asked to speak to a manager. We ended up in a different room same situation. Floors looked like they hadn't vacuumed in weeks it was just a horrible expercinced.

Had a couple of maintenance problems however they were swift to correct the problem.

Room was ok but I had lots of problems with the keys. Most times when we returned to the room the key didn't work and I had to take a long walk back to reception to get new keys. Other than that the hotel was of an acceptable standard. The lounge and restaurant pricing was reasonable. Lots of locals seem to use this hotel at weekends for pool parties so be ready for a crowded pool full of kids. The rules clearly state that no coolers/ice chests or glass bottles are allowed in the pool area and that the hotel is 100% smoke free but the reality is that the rules are not enforced. They don't have enough pool towels, probably due to people taking more than one per person. All in all I would stay there again, but just not over a weekend.

We stayed one night here before flying out on our honeymoon. The staff was awesome and upgraded our accommodations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean and quite room. The room was nice and warm for a January evening. Good restaurant.

Nice place. Very loud people at late hours, not hotels fault. WiFi was terrible, had t use cell to get anything done

Very nice hotel. In the day the airport was a little noisy but not a problem at night. Continental breakfast would have been nice.

This was a last minute reservation. It is a nice hotel, but for the money, if it's just a place to stay for the night or two, I recommend a less expensive place as this place has some spots in the suite that needed updating i.e. the fridge, bath area, and the carpet wasn't vacummed thoroughly. It has a restaurant, and does not offer a free breakfast unless you purchase a suite, which I did after looking at their regular rooms. I originally booked a regular King room, but it was tucked way in the back and the view was a parking lot, so I upgraded to a suite for $10 a night and did not receive any vouchers for the free breakfast, and their breakfast is pricey. The bar on the premise is nice and has a nice Happy Hour with snacks and chips. All in all, if I were to do it again, I would have opted for a less expensive place with a breakfast as this place is nice, but not that special.

Friendly staff, and great location. The waterpark description is a little misleading. One slide is not a Waterpark.

Just the pools are the best for kids!! Experince ok nothing mayor to complain. I wish the offer more than just coffe some breakfast will be good restaurant price to high

All around great environment. The staff were pleasant and the evening environment was great. We sat out at the fire pit - very great!

Hotel was clean and employees were friendly. Only issue was that the room was noisy from what sounded like water running or a pump. That being said, you cant beat the location. Had an early morning flight. If you stay here there is no need for shuttle. The walk is 200 yards from the front door of the hotel to the airport!

i stayed here days b4 i went on deployment and it was a great stay. the pool was great it also had a water slide by the pool which was cold but it was only because the time of the year but it was great. there is a restaurant in the hotel with a bar and the both of them was great. staff was very friendly.

I would totally recommend this hotel. It is clean, attractive, the staff are very friendly, the location to the airport was perfect, the price was good and I felt totally safe. One small issue, the room temp was 54 degrees on arrival and never got higher than 69. After a few hours of 54 degrees 69 seemed reasonable. I did have one very bad experience that ruined my departure and the next couple of days so I think this is worth noting. I needed a wake up call at 4:30 am to make a flight at 6 am. The wake-up call never came. I missed the 6 am flight and spent an entire day and night in the airport which caused me to loose sleep and an entire day of work.

Easy access and great accommodations. What else could you ask for?

Hotel was nice. Had a fun time at the pool and water park

I wont have enough space to really express my feelings about my stay at this so called Wyndham! If anyone is looking for room comfort, do not stay here! Everyone room has an old fashioned ac unit, no central ac... In this modern world of today, I cant believe a hotel is still in the dark ages. This hotel is using the name "Wyndham" to attract visitors, please research further accomadations. We had to stay with family members our last night, i couldn't take it anymore. We booked 4 nights.

I was very disappointed with the hotel. Long wait to check on, first day room wasn't cleaned. I went to the pool once, key then wouldn't work had to wait 30 mins in line to get key re-set. I will not stay at the Wyndham El Paso again!

Great stay; nice pool area; food was decent. Best option to stay if you have an early flight.
