"The toal experience was extremely good. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Vivid. The room was great, fantastic service from all staff and the pool area were great with a good variety of places. Food was excellent! The only thing we would like to point out is the ambience at the indoor restaurants. This was not cozy and way too noisy. Some sound reduction would be good to put up to bring the sound down. With the extremely hard walls, it was almost impossible to have a conversation inside. This made us choose the out-door restaurants (Pelican and also the ouside are in the Asian restaurant). However, this limited the over-all really great food. "

"This was our third time staying at this property. We Love the grounds. Our favorite is the adult pool and the opportunity to snorkel on site. Being connected to Xcaret park is the ultimate perk!"

"The entire fun inclusive experience was amazing. The hotel was so awesome. We did not even wanna leave the resort to go to the parks. On the days we did end up going to the Parks. The service was phenomenal and we had an excellent time."
