The Space:

JOIVY Haymarket Hotel offers stylish rooms with private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi in the centre of Edinburgh, directly across from Haymarket Railway Station. It’s located in a traditional Victorian townhouse only a 20-minute walk away from Princes Street and the famous Old Town. Edinburgh International Conference Centre is an 8-minute walk away and most of the city attractions can be easily reached either by foot or a short bus ride.



Rooms elegantly decorated in deep blue and yellow provide their guests with perfect comfort. Each studio room has a double bed, a private en-suite bathroom, a seating area with flat-screen TV, and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, kettle and a small hob.



Coffee machine available in the coffee lounge.



Free toiletries, towels and linen are provided.



There is no reception as the hotel uses an easy self check-in and check-out system.



The kitchen and garden areas of the hotel are unfortunately out of use at the moment, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

The location can't be beat! So close to the rail station, shops, and dining. The place is large and has character. Easy to access the property and room. The kitchen in a cabinet was really cool! Everything was clean except the carpet felt like it needed cleaning, and it had lots of dark stains.
